Should you wish for additional filming hours to be covered over and above what is included in your package, this will incur an additional charge of £40 per hour.

We are more than happy to travel to your dream wedding venue. For any venues outside a radius of 40 miles from Horsham, West Sussex (RH12), we do ask for our travel expenses to be covered.

We would love to have the opportunity to film your special day and ensure it is as stress free as possible! Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality footage in 4K, capturing all those magical moments from your big day, and providing you with a stunning wedding video for you to keep and treasure.

OUR FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A date will only be considered reserved once a deposit has been received and cleared. Until that point, a date cannot be guaranteed.

2. You must pay all the payments as stated in the Wedding Videography Payment Schedule. Failure to do this will result in your video being held until the final payment has been received.

3. Travel Expenses - All packages include travel expenses up to 40 miles from our studio (Horsham, West Sussex, RH12). For all distances greater than this, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any further travel expenses.

4. Accommodation - For any Weddings that take place beyond 60 miles from our studio (Horsham, West Sussex, RH12), accommodation must be provided by the client for the night of the wedding.

5. Food - If the video coverage is greater than 5 hours, the client must provide a hot meal to the members of the MB Videography team. It is very important that this is to be served at the same time as the food is served to the guests. Supplier meals provided at any other time may affect what footage we are able to capture.

6. The Client must provide a safe working environment and is responsible for any damage to our equipment by their guests or themselves. They will be liable for replacement or repairs. In restrictive conditions such as rain, extreme temperatures and humidity, adequate shelter must be provided to the MB Videography team.

7. MB Videography is a Videography Team that may consist of more than 1 member on your wedding day. We will allocate your videographer before your day and make a clear notice to yourselves on how many of the team will be present.

8. In the event of a cancellation - If it is YOUR choice to cancel our services with less than 3 months notice before your wedding day, your deposit will not be refunded. This will allow us to try and fill the date at short notice. If we were not able to fill the date, the deposit will be a contribution to the loss of earnings. If your wedding is cancelled due to an event out of everybody’s control, your deposit and any payments will be held and then transferred to a new date that is reserved and checked by MB Videography. If the new date chosen is not available, MB Videography will refund the payments. If any unforeseen circumstances were to happen with the MB Videography team and we were not able to fulfil our services, we would refund any payments made.

9. The client must seek permissions from the venue to allow videography to take place. If there are any restrictions including within a ceremony, this should be in writing and sent to the MB Videography team with prior notice to the day.
